Shipping Policy
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the type of plant. Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays to prevent plants from sitting in transit for extended periods.

Packaging & Plant Care

We take great care in packaging to help ensure your plants arrive healthy. However, once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, weather conditions, or mishandling by the carrier.

Customer Responsibility
  • Accurate Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Receiving Your Plants: It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and be available to receive the package upon delivery. Plants left unattended may suffer damage that we cannot cover.
  • Local Regulations: Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local import regulations. We are not liable for packages delayed, held, or destroyed by customs or agricultural authorities.
